Customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. We have a return policy through which you can send us the product to be returned, and we will examine it and fix absolutely any problems that come forth.

We strictly adhere to the following standards and exceptions with regards to this policy:

1. The policy covers returns and exchanges for goods that are flawed, the wrong size, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
2. Once a product is identified as an item that needs to be returned to us, it is important to ensure that it is not used. Products that aren't in their original packaging and lack identification will not be accepted.
3. Please ensure that the product is packed safely while returning it.
4. Once we internally verify the product's condition, we will only then begin the refund or return process. Contact us for more information on this front.
5. If a credit/debit card is used as the payment method, we will return the funds to that card (after performing a quality check) that was used to make the initial purchase. The money that needs to be repaid will be transferred back to the original account if you used a payment gateway for your transaction.
6. The return/exchange policy is valid for any item purchased from the Mega Arc website within the time frame provided. If you wish to process the return or exchange of an item, please get in touch with us to coordinate and resolve your query.
7. After receiving the request from the support team, our verification team will look into the details you have provided. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days for necessary communication about your request.
8. When we receive your purchased item, a quality check will be performed to determine if we can accept your return or not. Once this is confirmed, we will give you a Return-Acknowledgement that you can use as documentation if there is a problem with the shipping service.
